The bleak silhouette of the Saint-Pacôme Medical Centre, an institution specializing in the worst psychiatric cases, towers over Shawinigan Bay. That is where Michel Ferron will be staying for a few weeks as he battles a major case of depression. As for Caligo, he was confined for thousands of years to the mausoleum until he was freed by the Ambassador from the Silver Realm. He is now the leader of the Friends of the Forest, who are engaged in a bitter fight against the Nazis. But the arrival of Sturmbannführer Schwartz and his alliance with the barbie dolls have destroyed the balance : the forces of evil are gaining ground! Day after day, Michel Ferron is contaminated by the troubled atmosphere reigning inside the old building. He feels like he is sinking into another reality. Yet he knows he's not like the other patients, but how can he fight whatever is haunting the hospital and which seems much more unsettling than the drug trafficking he knows is taking place on the grounds? |
