On New China, there are grumblings of revolt. The planet is not able to reimburse the enormous loans made by Japan and Europe during the costly settlement phase, which required genetic adaptation of the flora. According to rumours, New China is on the verge of breaking all ties to Earth without paying its debt. The Colonel Wang and his assistant Réjean Tanner are assigned to find a mole who has infiltrated the New China government and to acquire any information the mole may have collected in this regard. But things are not that simple. And Tanner himself must now infiltrate the biggest Chinatown in the universe to find their informant and, if possible, bring him back with the data. |
